(TSX / STATS) -- Winless Florida State finds itself outside of the Top 25 for the first time since 2011 in the latest Associated Press poll released Sunday.

The Seminoles are 0-2 after Saturday's 27-21 home loss to North Carolina State. Florida State was ranked 12th prior to the defeat that caused the plummet out of the rankings.

The Seminoles began the season ranked third. They dropped their opener to top-ranked Alabama and also lost standout quarterback Deondre Francois with a season-ending knee surgery.
